Shipping Areas

All Products are shipped from Tokyo, Japan.

VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN ships within Japan and to selected international destinations in the Asia-Pacific region.

Delivery availability may vary depending on the destination. Any delivery restrictions will be indicated in the Online Store.

Shipping Methods

We use the following delivery services:

* FedEx (international shipping, typically 5–10 business days depending on destination)
* Yamato Transport / TA-Q-BIN (domestic shipping within Japan, typically 2–5 business days)

Products will be delivered to the address designated by the Client at checkout or registered in their Account.

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs and any additional charges associated with the selected delivery method will be clearly indicated before the Client completes the Purchase.

All shipping prices exclude customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Japan, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the Products and destination.

Estimated delivery times are:

* FedEx international shipping: typically 5–10 business days
* Yamato Transport / TA-Q-BIN domestic shipping: typically 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates only.

Delivery typically ranges from 7–14 days and will not exceed 30 days except for pre-orders or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to the Client upon delivery.

Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client, or if the shipment is refused, the order may be returned.

In such cases, VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN may refund the payment after deducting the actual shipping and return costs.

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN, the Client will be informed without undue delay and a full refund will be issued where applicable.

Upon Delivery

Upon delivery, the Client is responsible for inspecting the Products without undue delay.

Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported promptly.

VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN shall not be responsible for damage or deterioration resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.

PayPal Shipping Policy

Orders paid via PayPal can only be shipped to the address registered with the PayPal account.
