Shipping Areas and Carriers

All Products are shipped from our warehouse in Tokyo, Japan.

VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN ships within the Asia-Pacific region.

We use the following delivery services:

- FedEx (international shipping, estimated 5–10 business days depending on destination)
- Yamato Transport / TA-Q-BIN (domestic shipping within Japan, estimated 2–5 business days)

Order Processing and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

International Shipping

For deliveries outside Japan, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import charges.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for further information before placing an order.

Delivery Issues

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the Client (such as address or phone number), or if the shipment is refused, the order may be returned to VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN.

In such cases, a refund may be issued after deducting the actual shipping and return costs.

PayPal Shipping Policy

Orders paid via PayPal can only be shipped to the address registered with the PayPal account.
