RETURNS
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
To request a return, please contact us at store@verde-esmeralda.com with your order number and details of the issue.
Return Conditions
Returned items must meet the following conditions:
- Unopened and unused
- In original condition and packaging
- Not damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Process
Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the Products.
Please ensure that the returned items are securely packaged. The Client is responsible for the condition of the Products until they are received at our warehouse.
Shipping Costs
- For defective or incorrect items: return shipping costs will be covered by VERDE ESMERALDA JAPÓN.
- For all other accepted returns: shipping and any related costs are the responsibility of the Client.
International Returns
For returns from outside Japan, the Client may be required to complete customs documentation.
Any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges shall be borne by the Client.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed after the returned Products have been received and inspected.
Where applicable, refunds will be issued using the original payment method within a reasonable period.
Non-Returnable Cases
Returns may not be accepted in the following cases:
- Opened or consumed Products
- Products damaged after delivery
- Returns without valid reason, except where required by law
- Purchases made for professional or commercial use
